Nyteca® Chat pricing

Yes. Your first subscription starts with a trial: every feature and 5,000 credits, the same on every plan. The trial credits are valid for 14 days; whatever you have not used by then expires. Only then does the monthly subscription start: the card you add when subscribing is charged for the first time, and you get the credit allowance of your plan every month. If the trial credits run out sooner, you start the subscription earlier in Nyteca® Chat. You can switch plans for free during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The trial is available once per account.

A fixed amount per user per month, depending on the plan – the prices are shown in the plans above. One account is one user, billed as a monthly subscription. All prices are excl. VAT.

Only in the monthly credit allowance and in support. Pro and Enterprise include bonus credits on top: the larger the plan, the more credits you get per franc. Both levels, document upload, draft opinions and objections and the citation for every statement are included in every plan.

Every reply uses credits from your allowance – how many depends on the level and the scope. An Advisor-level reply uses a multiple of an Associate-level reply.

The monthly allowance expires at the end of the month and does not carry over. Additionally purchased credits, however, are kept; they are not refunded.

You buy additional credits – at the same ratio as your plan – or move up to the next plan. Additional credits are only used once the monthly allowance is spent.

Yes. From the second month of your subscription you get 1.5% more credits, then 1.5 percentage points more each month: 3% in the third month, 4.5% in the fourth and so on – up to a maximum of 20% from month 15. The loyalty bonus applies to every plan and is calculated on your whole monthly allowance, bonus credits included – so it comes on top.

Every person with their own Nyteca® Chat account. One account is one user – the credit allowance applies per user per month.

Yes. You can move up to a higher plan at any time; a move down takes effect from the next billing period.

You cancel directly in Nyteca® Chat. The paid period runs until its end; the subscription does not stop immediately, and the loyalty bonus stays until then. When the period ends, it is lost entirely; if you subscribe again later, it starts again from zero.

Nyteca® Chat has been live in Switzerland since 1 October 2026. There is no date yet for Germany, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg – join the waiting list and we will get in touch as soon as Nyteca® Chat launches in your country.

The Nyteca® App arrives in mid-November 2026 with its own plans: Starter up to 3, Pro up to 10, Enterprise more than 10 users, billed per firm. We will quote prices on request; with the annual contract we charge ten months instead of twelve. All prices excl. VAT.

No. Clients complete the enquiry, KYC, forms and quotes via public links, without a login and at no cost to you.

No. Nyteca® Chat works on its own, with no setup and no master data. The Nyteca® App offers the same AI functions, built into the whole firm system.
