Tax AI AG, Baar
Tax AI AG was founded in April 2026 in Baar. Its purpose according to the commercial register: consulting in the field of data analysis with AI as well as development, sale and licensing of software. That work produces Nyteca®, a family of products for fiduciary and tax firms.
First comes Nyteca® Chat, already live in Switzerland: the AI chat for tax law answers tax questions, reviews uploaded documents and drafts opinions and objections, with a citation for every statement. In mid-November 2026 the Nyteca® App follows, bringing a firm’s client onboarding, KYC, quotes, cases, documents, deadlines and communication together in one data model. Early 2027 brings Nyteca® Knowledge, the legal knowledge space as an interface.
We are a Swiss company and we build for firms that are liable for their work: FADP and GDPR as the baseline, platform hosting in Switzerland. The Nyteca® App will file documents as PDF/A, record every action with time and person in an audit log and give every firm its own, self-contained environment.
Every broken handover is a mistake that has not happened yet
Mail, paper, scan, folders, Excel, Word, mail again: every handover between tools costs time and leaves gaps. Nyteca® Chat removes the detour between research and draft, and from mid-November 2026 the Nyteca® App closes the gaps between the tools.

Nyteca® Chat answers tax questions and drafts opinions and objections, every statement with its citation, version and as-of date.
One data model
In the Nyteca® App, lead, client, case, document, deadline and email are connected. What is captured once is never retyped.
One log
Create, check, approve, send, delete: in the Nyteca® App every action is in the audit log, without anyone having to document it.
